1. Click Start choose Run...,
2. In Run... window type regedit,
3. Go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Common\UserInfo
4. Double click on Company. You will see numbers as 0000 49 00 6E 00 66 00 69 00 I.n.f.i.,
5. Now when you see I.n.f.i. change that name in name of your company, as T.r.a.d. etc.
6. Under Company you need to write the name of your company,
7. Under UserInitials write your initial,
8. Under UserName write your Name and Last Name,
9. While you are still in regedit, go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\
Here you can find Office XP applications (Access, Excel, Front Page, Power Point, Word). In every of this directory there is a directory UserInfo and inside him UserInfo [REG_BINARY] key item. If you delete this item, every single Office XP application will again read UserInfo and show your name. If you don't delete this item your older name will be shown because program alone remember values).
