Hide horizontal and vertical scroll bar in Excel 2003

1. Click on Tools,

2. In drop down menu find Options and click on it,

3. In new window, in section View, remove marks in front of "Horizontal Scroll bar" and "Vertical scroll bar",

4. Click OK.

Note: You can return scroll bars on same way.
